Spent hours looking for local Lodi apples to make applesauce. Found these “transparent” apples at Kauffman Orchards, and the description said they were similar to Lodi. Ordered a box of 48 - two day shipping. Apples arrived in PERFECT condition - boxed so they didn’t shake or move. No bruises, no brown spots, just perfect light greenish- yellow skins and crisp flesh. Our applesauce turned out delicious!! Thank you for making our summer complete!
