Apple Schnitz (dried apples)
Made from fresh apples, air dried, no preservatives added. Available in sweet and tart varieties.

Cooked the old fashioned way, to retain the natural sugars and goodness of the fruit. Varieties include (sugar-free and regular): apple butter, pear butter, and pumpkin butter.

All of our deli meats and cheeses are sliced fresh to order, and can be sampled in our store. You'll also find snack mixes, Lantern books about Amish and Mennonite culture, cookbooks, and baking supplies on our shelves. Gift trays and gift baskets are available seasonally and can be customized to order. These make a practical and delicious gift idea for any occasion!
