Dutch-Jell Lite, a specially formulated, natural fruit pectin blend, is brought to you by Kauffman Orchards. Dutch-Jell Lite reacts with the sugars and the fruit's own acid to cause a jelling effect in homemade jellies and jams. This specially formulated "lite" natural fruit pectin blend does not require regular sugar to produce a jelling effect in homemade jams and jellies. It is an inexpensive alternative to name-brand pectins and is perfect for no-sugar-added or reduced-sugar jam and jelly recipes. Dutch-Jell Lite has a shelf life of over a year, and, unlike some name-brand pectins, it has no preservatives added.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, Pectin, Citric Acid (acidifier).
Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
