Dark Sweet

Availability: June 10-30

Dark sweets have the classic "bing cherry" flavor with a dark red flesh. Varieties include Summit, Hartland, Black Pearl, Black Gold, Kristin, and Hedelfingen.

Bi-Color

Availability: June 18-25

A very tasty fruit with a pretty orange/gold/red mottle. Rainier is our bi-color variety of choice.

Montmorency (Sour Pie Cherries)

Availability: June 23 - July 1

The cherry variety that has been grown longer at Kauffman Orchards than any other. Sometimes called "sour cherries". A rich, tart flavor that is wonderful for baking of pies, cobblers, crisps ... and more!
