As usual, LancasterPa.com, is the go to place for what to see and do in Lancaster County. And, of course, they’ve delivered again.
If you’re looking for great fireworks this 4th of July, look no further. I’ve taken the liberty ;) of including their detailed list below (also here). Also, while this list is from last year, it highlights fireworks from surrounding counties that just might be closer to you. (see list)

Wednesday, July 3rd
- Lititz Patriotic Parade - Downtown, Lititz, PA. Parade starts at 6:30 pm at West Lincoln Ave. and Warwick St and travels through downtown Lititz. Entertainment follows the parade in Lititz Springs Park.
Thursday, July 4th
- 4th of July in Lititz Springs Park - Lititz Springs Park, Lititz, PA. 201st Continuous 4th of July Celebration since 1818. Gates open at noon; entrance fee charged. Entertainment, Baby Parade, Games, Food Court, Queen of Candles Pageant, over 5,000 candles illuminated, hi-tech fireworks with synchronized sound. Fireworks are scheduled to start at 9:45 pm.
- The Star Barn Village July 4th Celebration- The Star Barn Complex - Come and celebrate July 4th at The Star Barn Village.
- July 4th Celebration - Mt Gretna - 4th of July celebration & Band Concert. Keystone Band of Rehrersburg. Their 60th annual Mount Gretna concert.
- Ephrata Fireworks - Lincoln Heights Outdoor Recreation Area (behind the Ephrata Rec Center) at around 9:00pm
- New Holland Community Park - New Holland, PA - at 9:00pm (rain date: 7/5/19)
- Wrightsville, PA - Fireworks show at 9:30
Friday, July 5th
- First Friday in Lancaster Cityin Downtown Lancaster - Shops, restaurants, and galleries will be open as musicians, artists and entertainers will dot the sidewalks and businesses throughout the downtown streets.
Saturday, July 6th
- 45th Anniversary Independence Day Weekend - Buck Motorsports Park, 900 Lancaster Pike, Quarryville, PA 17566, 717-859-4244, 800-344-7855. "Cash Bash" Demolition Derby - Full-size cars, small cars, mini vans/trucks & more. Plus providence autos spectacular 3-d fireworks display!
- East Petersburg Independence Day Celebration- East Petersburg Community Park. Join the East Petersburg Events Committee as we celebrate Independence Day with an evening of top-notch family entertainment, including a fireworks show!
- Quarryville Memorial Park - around 9:30pm
Did you miss these fireworks? Keep them in mind for next year! While the dates will differ, these events are long standing traditions and well worth planning for.
