Description

Made in Pennsylvania Dutch country just west of Philadelphia and brought to you by AmishTastes in Lancaster County, Good's Homestyle Potato Chips have been a favorite in the great Philadelphia area for over 80 years! Good's "Red bag chips" are cooked using a constant-temperature method and are very light in both color and texture; the "Blue bag chips" are cooked with a variable-temperature method and are harder, darker, curlier, and crunchier. These chips have been made from the same recipe since 1928 and have an old-fashioned, authentic, "not commercial" taste - due to cooking the potato chips in lard - that is perfect for snacking and serving at picnics and parties. The Good's Potato Chip company has existed since 1886 (!) and is one of the oldest brands in the Pennsylvania "potato chip scene". Pennsylvania proudly claims the title of "potato chip capital of the USA" and is where some of the world's largest potato chip manufacturers started, and where the potatoes are super high-quality due to the high-quality soil and the business culture's attention to detail.
