Bi-Color

Availability: June 18-25

A very tasty fruit with a pretty orange/gold/red mottle. Emperor Francis and Kristen are the main bi-color varieties.

Golds

Availability: June 23-28

Exceptionally sweet and fruity flavor with tropical undertones.

Montmorency (Sour Pie Cherries)

Availability: June 23-28

Sometimes called "sour cherries". A rich, tart flavor that is wonderful for baking.
